In Thanksgiving for the Life of Arthur Preston, a Bell Ringer for 70 years and latterly 30 years at St John Baptist, a Quarter Peal of Plain Bob Doubles consisting of 1260 changes was rung prior to Evensong on Sunday the 22nd November 1998. |
